The OfficerWomen eMentor Program:
- Is open to ALL women officers, officers-in-training, officer reservists and officer veterans of the U.S. military services: Air Force, Army Coast Guard, Marine Corps, merchant Marine and Navy. Commissioned men in leadership positions and GS15 and above Civil Service professionals may also participate as mentors only.
- Includes women with ranks ranging from flag and general officers to cadets and midshipmen, with a broad range of expertise in the military, private and public sectors.
