Registration is now open for a three-part 2021 Officer Women Leadership Symposium (Mini-OWLS) series! The overarching theme is “Reimagining Meaningful Leadership.”

The 2021 Mini-Officer Women Leadership Symposium (Mini-OWLS) convenes women leaders in the military and veteran community, experts, innovators, and thought leaders to explore emerging trends, strengthen skills, and transform observations into actionable insights to lead positive change.

The Mini-OWLS is a three-part series of half-day, virtual events that will dive into a subtopic of a broader theme with a keynote, panel discussion, and networking forums. These events are especially designed for officer and senior enlisted women and veterans.
