Colonel Jennifer Sovada has been a mentor in the MilitaryWomen eMentor Program since 2008.  She is a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate, holds four masters degrees and has served on active duty for the last 25 years.  She personally mentored four proteges within the MilitaryWomen eMentor Community and continues to advocate for all individuals to have access to mentors during their own careers.  Her spirit, dedication and compassion for helping others epitomize the eMentor Program.

Shad Adair

MilitaryEntrepreneur eMentor Excellence in Mentoring Award Recipient

Shad Adair is the founder of 3Six Media Group, a boutique production company specializing in sourcing and creating compelling media based products and services. He is an award winning producer of the humorous comedy series THANK YOU, 5 and the revolutionary project BACK TO EARTH.  He is an entrepreneurial executive who specializes in launching, growing and transforming small to mid-size companies into profitable enterprises.  Shad has been a member of the MilitaryEntrepreneur eMentor Community since 2018 and in that time has personally mentored five proteges, effectively assisting them with their own entrepreneurial goals.  His spirit, dedication and compassion for helping others epitomize the eMentor Program.  

CW4 Cynthia Campise, USA, Ret.

Veteran and Military Spouse eMentor Excellence in Mentoring Award Recipient

Cynthia Campise is a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer 4 who spent 20 years serving as a Legal professional.  Now, Cynthia is an attorney with the U.S. Department of Transportation and continues to serve the military community as a mentor in the Veteran and Military Spouse eMentor Community where she has been a mentor since 2015.  Cynthia has personally contributed to the professional and personal development of two proteges both of which recommended her to receive this award. Cynthia’s dedication to serving others through the power of mentoring epitomize the eMentor Program.

For outstanding commitment to mentoring as a supporter of AcademyWomen’s eMentor Program in 2018.  Deloitte’s volunteer mentors contributed to the personal and professional development of fifty-five veterans and military spouses, commendably supporting the eMentor mission of helping every individual to achieve his or her maximum potential.
